Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time. My accommodation is outside the village center amidst a coveted natural landscape. Nevertheless, very ideally located, as you can quickly reach the desired destinations such as the Villanderer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Val Gardena.... Also the beautiful cities of South Tyrol, such as Klausen, Brixen, Bolzano are easy to reach.
