Vacation rentals with a patio in Urbino

The location was great, real close to the beach making everything in walking range.

Bettina and Max were incredible hosts. Their home was beautiful and their recommendations for local restaurants made for a memorable and authentic experience in Umbria.

Kevin's house is a gem. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the great personality of the house, tastefully and stylishly furnished. Impeccable cleanliness. Everything was so clean that it seemed like it was the first time anyone had entered. The house is a two-room apartment suitable for 2 people but also 3 (we were 2 adults, a child of 1 year and 5 months and a medium-sized dog). Excellent location! Far from too much movement but in 6 minutes by car you can reach the sea and pedestrian area. 200 meters from the house there is the resistance park, excellent for those who want to walk, train, relax and for those who have small children or dogs. I have to say everything was perfect. The attention to detail was great and Kevin was an attentive, present and always available host. I'll definitely be back

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

Really amazing apartment, more beautiful than in the photos. There's a new bathroom. In addition to the table and chairs, there are two sun loungers on the terrace. Look for a beautiful beach in front of the house. Close to restaurants, coffee and beautiful walks. Max was a fantastic host, very nice. We didn't want to leave and I believe that we will return sometime.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Relaxation oasis on Mount Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating areas to marvel and dream. The house has plenty of space, is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque scenery of Mondavio and Orciano and discover new perspectives again and again. The house and garden give a feeling of vastness, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nimble lizards, a hoopoe, sparrows and fireflies here. The kitchen is very well equipped with many glasses, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners share everything generously.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Tucked out of the way in the countryside, Luca's home is a wonderful place for retreat after a day (or several!) exploring nearby Urbino and surrounding towns and sites of the beautiful Marche region. Highly recommend this lovely home and appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

What a wonderful surprise this oasis of peacefulness was. It was even better than I expected. The hosts were gracious and always available. The house was nice and cool even though there was a bit of a heat wave going on. There s a great place for a swim in Cagli clean and easy access ! Not to mention the marvelous culinary experience thanks to the wonderful ideas about their favorite places to dine all of which were unusual and delicious! They love animals so my dog felt right at home. Not to forget the Jazz concert under the castle im Cagli. I will surely come back ! I highly reccomend this place "far from the madding crowd"!

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

We came back to this place because we liked it the first time!I recommend it to everyone... so see you soon! Emanuela Monica Anna

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically – you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. It really had everything you need – you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we highly recommend her and her place. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is wonderful, as soon as I entered I smelled a delicious smell, which reminded me of home, from the photos it seems large but in person the house is huge and it is spectacular that it is in an area with all beautiful houses and villas in the center. The host was kind and friendly, due to an unexpected event with my son, we arrived late, but with great availability they gave us an extra hour to check out, a very appreciated gesture! My kids loved the welcome cookies! The only thing is that we took a very long trip and arrived very tired, but luckily the host responded in less than 5 minutes. Ah, I had a regenerating sleep, the mattress was of excellent quality, you could tell. Finally, the parking included in the price was very satisfying, because otherwise we would have had difficulties. 5 stars super deserved, see you next time, thanks again Veronica!

I went with a friend for a sports competition and we couldn't have chosen 🙌 better. We felt right at home, the host family took care of all the details, they even prepared dinner for us the first day we arrived very late!! The apartment is great (it is integrated into the residential complex where they also live), the area is very quiet and beautiful and you have a pharmacy, some bars and a supermarket next door. Rimini 15 minutes by car. To repeat. Thank you so much for everything

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
