Three bedrooms (of which two with double beds) and study with two armchairs that can be turned into two beds. At the bottom is a large spa bathroom with sauna and bathtub. Nearby is Munkholmsbadet for the swimmer and a short walk away is Sigtuna's old city center.

In the house there is both a sauna as well as a fireplace and two tiled stoves that brighten the stay.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and a washing machine. Next to the bathroom is also a sauna. The cottage is located in Norra Stäket next to a horse paddock and close to beaches and a nature reserve. The location is 20 min by car from Stockholm city.
