Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. Charming, newly built house in the countryside in a quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Välkommen till ett strandhus på 32 kvm med öppen planlösning och utsikt över Mälaren. Här finns kokvrå med två spisplattor, kombinerad ugn/micro och kylskåp. I rummet finns en 140-cm säng, två soffor och en öppen spis. Badrummet är utrustat med WC, dusch, tvättmaskin. Utanför finns en egen uteplats med tillgång till delad strand. OBS: mörkläggningsgardin saknas så ta gärna med en sovmask om du är ljuskänslig. Huset ligger på en del av en större tomt i ett naturreservat.
