This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Welcome to this cozy white house that's said to be built in the 17th century. Perfect for a mini-getaway or in connection to a flight from Arlanda (only 11 minutes with car!). Have a warm bath in the hot tub under the open skies – maybe with a glass of sparkling wine (included). The small cottage is located on the backside of our main house, surrounded by white red houses with white trim. The standard is simple but charming. It's close to fields and walking lanes through the forests.

With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Scenic area perfect for walking on hiking trails, burial sites from the Iron Age, and rune stones, excursions and barbecue areas, four lakes nearby. 20 min to Stockholm by car and 45 min by municipal transport. Bus is available in the area. Parking is available on site.
