A modern, well planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated with a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. Winter time footbridge to the island.

Large and modern villa at Edsviken. Great view from the house in general and from the roof terrace in particular. If the evening gets chilly, you can sit quietly in the patio located on the rooftop. Completely protected from all directions. In 15 min you can get both by car and commuter train into the center of Stockholm. Train station is in a 5-minute walk. Brand new house of 30 sqm that was built on the gold edge of Bålsta in the forest, 120 meters to Mälaren, close to Arlanda, Stockholm, floor track in Bro. On the property there is a free guest parking, barbecue and large terrace where you usually eat in the summer. Sauna available in the house is included in the price. Mysebo is a pivat accommodation and it would be nice to know in writing who wants to come here and a little what you have thought about the stay, the way of travel and when to check in and check out.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely altar and outdoor shower. In the cabin of 15 sqm there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen where you can get via ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.
