We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
