Unser Garten Apartment wurde im April 2023 umgebaut. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Pension Ballwein. Es verfügt über eine separate Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, einem eigenen Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bad und einer Terrasse. Sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN und einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

Das Hotel Garni Ledererwirt liegt mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau und ist das Älteste noch in seiner Ursprünglichkeit erhaltene Gasthaus , besonders markant mit dem Legdach. Ganz früher eine Gerberei wurde es von Generation an Generation weitergegeben und ist bis heute ein Familienbetrieb. Die rund 300 Jahre alte Gaststube ist das Herz des Hauses. Hier wird morgens das Frühstück serviert – in einem Raum, der Geschichte spürbar macht.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

The guesthouse is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the guesthouse we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts.

Double room south of Salzburg

The double room with private shower and toilet is located in "Das Au-Gut" in Hallein. It is located on the street side, noise cannot be excluded. There is no daily cleaning. Wi-Fi and a car parking space are available free of charge. The bus stop is in front of the house. With the MobilityCard you can travel by bus & train free of charge in the SalzburgerLand.
