The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit Aussicht ins Grüne: 10 Minuten Fußmarsch von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Es ist renoviert (Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd) und familienfreundlich eingerichtet. Es eignet sich super für Familien oder Freunde die einen entspannten Aufenthalt suchen. Es stehen Ihnen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Nähe zum Bodensee und zu Wanderwegen macht es ideal für Outdoor - Aktivitäten.

The flat comes with a huge balcony / terrace from where you can see the Säntis (part of the Aplstein massif) and the historic village of Rehetobel. The flat itself has an ancient tiled stove, but modern heating as well. You can reach the village centre and the shop in a few minutes afoot. A small up-hill stroll grants you with a fantastic view of the Alpstein massif and Lake Constance. The village and near surroundings offer quite some restaurants, hiking paths and the like.

This apartment offers stylish furnishings, a modern study and a luxurious bathroom. In this oasis of well-being, there is an exclusive hot tub and a shower that also functions as a steam sauna on over 20 m². The kitchen (microwave & coffee machine) is also used on weekdays (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) by our notary, who has his office in the front part of the property. (Direct access from the private underground garage where a parking space is available free of charge).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Nani's Höckli in Appenzellerland

Enjoy a few relaxing days in Appenzellerland. The vacation apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in the sunny Rehetobel. The apartment has a small but fully equipped kitchen and a double bed. A small TV and Wi-Fi are also available. The outdoor seating area is equipped with a small garden table and a fireplace. Rehetobel is easily accessible by public transport. The apartment is in the middle of the village.

Anita's country experience is a nice cozy farmhouse, perfect for families. This sunny farmhouse is located a little off the beaten track in a quiet environment! Just a few minutes' drive to Lake Constance, St. Gallen and Heiden! Restaurants and shops are nearby! A hiking trail is very close! You can walk to the famous Gasthaus Gupf! Anitas Landerlebnis is located on a sunny hill, with beautiful open views of the Appenzellerland!
