The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

A nearby lake and the bus stop right in front of the apartment provide comfort and ideal connections.

The kitchen (microwave & coffee machine) is also used on workdays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) by our lawyer, who has his office in the front part of the property. Anita's country experience is a nice cozy farmhouse, perfect for families. This sunny farmhouse is located a little off the beaten track in a quiet environment! Just a few minutes' drive to Lake Constance, St. Gallen and Heiden! Restaurants and shops are nearby! A hiking trail is very close! You can walk to the famous Gasthaus Gupf! Anitas Landerlebnis is located on a sunny hill, with beautiful open views of the Appenzellerland!
