An ideal base camp for UW Medicine residents or for exploring the area.

Children's Hospital, University of Washington, UWMC, Husky Stadium, University Village, Center for Urban Horticulture, Laurelhurst Park, You’ll love my place because of the comfy king size bed, the heated floors, TV, the large granite counter with a sink, drawers, under-counter refrigerator and microwave. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for infants and small children.

Roosevelt Studio Guesthouse

This guesthouse is located in the heart of Roosevelt, Seattle's hottest neighborhood. This is a great place to stay while exploring Seattle, as it is convenient for using public transportation, is located one mile from the University of Washington campus, and a 10 minute walk to Green Lake. The bright studio has a small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, queen bed, and a twin sofa bed. There is excellent transportation in our area; we are not able to offer parking.

You will like the location of our clean modern one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of our home. A comfortable place for visitors in a walk-able neighborhood full of restaurants and parks. This space is great for Couples, families, and business travelers alike. The apartment has its own heating/cooling system separate from the house. We have created a special cleaning checklist based on recommendations from the CDC.

University Park Daylight, Mother-in-law, studio

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer. Inflatable hot tub. Guest pass for 24 hour zone parking available during your stay.

Stay warm by the fire, whether on the built-in seating around the fire pit, or inside, on the sectional sofa by the linear gas fireplace below the Samsung frame TV. Also inside are floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant floor heating, and exposed-beam accents. The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!
