You are welcome in my home! It's a well-maintained two-bedroom 1920 Craftsman house in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to both Greenlake, the University of Washington, and Wallingford. I've got central A/C + Hepa, extremely comfortable Leesa beds, a 65 inch 4K flatscreen with YouTubeTV/Amazon, gigabit Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace to get cozy and a fully-fenced backyard with hot tub grill and outdoor dining.
