You are 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown Seattle & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have designed the suite with Airbnb guests in mind from Air Conditioning and parking space (both are rare in Seattle), soundproofing/double pane windows, to our super easy private keypad suite access.

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer.
