The cottage is just minutes from Downtown FW, Dickies arena, TCU, FW Zoo, Magnolia street, and the hospital districts. Guests have private access and street parking. The location is very safe and peaceful at night. We are blocks away from the famous Magnolia Street; We highly encourage our guests to explore Magnolia Street (Shops, Restaurants, and Bars) — it's a 15 minute walk and few minutes drive to everything!

Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code. The apartment is not baby friendly, no crib provided.
