Have stayed at Justin’s properties on several occasions and always have an awesome experience. The property is always clean, well-maintained and exactly as advertised.

Staying in this tipi is a fun experience. This was my 3rd time and we will be back. The kids loved it too! The tipi contains everything you need for an easy camping experience.

It’s always great visiting Music Springs. I’m a regular for 7 years now. Escape the city life and enjoy nature here.

This was my second trip to Andrew's tipi in Woodstock. The location right on the creek is amazing! Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the water from the creek and waking up to bright blue skies peaking in the top of the tipi from the smoke opening. We brought inflatable tubes and just floated along the creek in the afternoon. We discovered the trails across the creek which were just lovely to walk through and we got to enjoy a quicker walk into town the next morning for breakfast. I've also learned to pack lots of snacks and food because when you get there, you're not going to want to leave :)

This is my FAVORITE place I have stayed. It is glamping at its best. It was clean, the property was beautiful, and my son loved the animals. This was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at an AirBnB. I would like to go up to Taos once a year to experience this stay again.

Wildly exceeded my expectations! Jinny was a dream to work with and took complete control of setting up our Teepee in a spot that she was unfamiliar with. Our beds were super comfy and clean and can’t wait to have another Teepee-night-out again!!!

Another gem in beautiful upstate NY. This was a last minute find and I’m glad it was because the experience was incredible. I had spent a few days ‘disconnecting’ prior in another Airbnb but this took it to another level. First you start coming in with the right expectations set by Mina, which is that this is a place with no cell service and very very limited WiFi (only near the entrance of the campsite) plus you also have limited amenities but enough of them to feel comfortable. Once you arrive you feel like you are in a truly magical place, which it is, the campground is an extension of nature. The tipi that I stayed in was something that I never experienced before and I felt like I was actually living in the woods. I don’t want to spoil too much because this is more of a place to see it to believe it. But take my advice and if you’re ready to truly ready to disconnect, book the stay.

The yurt was so unique and cozy and we felt right at home! A winter storm rolled in the night we arrived so they had put extra heaters in the yurt and it was toasty warm the whole stay. The owner is friendly and thoughtful and made us feel very welcome at the lodge. The restaurant was delicious as well, which was an added bonus! 10/10 would recommend for any adventures in Escalante, can’t wait to return!

Georges tipi by the river was awesome. We loved getting to know Paonia from some of his recommendations.

Danelle place was nothing less than Amazing. It felt like home and she was very friendly and proactive in her response. The place is surrounded by nature and would like to mentioned about spring water which was simply great. I would be visiting her place (Tipi) back in future.

Loved our stay in the tipi and surrounding area! The weather for us (we're Fall campers) was PERFECT. No heat, no humidity, and NO bugs. Nice crisp fresh air blowing off the river and even a little light rain/mist. Way better than tent camping. Note we did bring cots and sleeping bags so we were about 2 feet off the ground. Sitting in front of the fire with the tipi glowing in the background and a clear moonlit sky......PRICELESS! Thanks again Nicole 😀

Kathie is one of the best hosts I’ve had — she has so much heart and love for Wyoming and nature. She gave us great recs and provided amazing hospitality. One thing that stood out was that she had hot breakfast ready to go at the time we woke up — she clearly wants her guests to have a great comfortable vacation. The breakfast was delicious & made with love! As for the tipi itself, the bed and blankets were comfortable and amenities provided are super thoughtful. The toilet was extremely clean. Thanks again Kathie for the great time!

We had a great time for mother's day weekend. We fished a ton played board games and cooked around the fire pit. The hosts were so nice brought us wood. It was very peaceful and private. Very clean bathroom. The only con was teepee is right by the main road so if you are a light sleeper like me you nay be up all night because the sound of traffic. We hiked and explored and would definitely recommend.

WOW! a 11/10 stay this was our first stop on our honeymoon and we couldn't of asked for better host! words can't describe how great this place was! a little chilly on an October night but snuggle up with a loved one and light the fire and all is great! What a lovely place, from watching sunset in the hammock to sitting by the fire pit in Adirondacks. The tipi was so cozy, Abby thought of every detail and more. The stargazing was amazing as well.

I really enjoyed camping here for the night! I stayed here with 2 other friends. We were going to nearby concert, and this was the perfect location. The tipi is clean, cute, and comfortable. There are nice bathrooms and showers on site at the campground. The night we stayed it happened to rain and thunderstorm, so the tipi was cold but still comfortable enough. I highly recommend good sleeping bags just in case. So thankful the hosts put the rain guard up for us! We could hear some of our neighbors at night, but it wasn't a big detractor. Overall I would stay again, and I highly recommend this spot for your next adventure!

My kids and I had a blast soaking in the nature! We had an unplugged weekend, and the kids were never bored. On property we swam at the creek and enjoyed birdwatching and looking for fossils. Just a short drive up the road we hiked and rode horses around the Hill Country Natural Area. There were also a lot of playgrounds also by the river in town we enjoyed. It was the best family friendly weekend getaway!

This was such a relaxing place to stay. The views are amazing. I had the best sleep and my grandson played with his cars in the dirt outside.

If you’re looking for a little adventure this is the place. We enjoyed the experience of staying in a tepee and all that came with it. It was a pleasure hearing natures sounds to fall asleep to (especially the owls). Brandy was an excellent hostess making sure all our needs were met. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the atmosphere is very family friendly. We will definitely plan to stay again.

Had an amazing stay with my family at the Sage View Ranch. Scott and Laurie were fantastic hosts that made us feel right at home from the time we parked out car. The first night was a surprise live music which was a pleasant surprise along with the nicest and cleanest outdoor bathrooms i've ever seen. We stayed in the Tipi and the Bus and both were amazing with amazing views. My child got to feed the chickens and walk with the Goats which he loved. Highly recommend this listed and definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Denise was wonderful! She was responsive and flexible with check in and out. Her camp was perfect for a night of “unplugging”, quiet, with plenty of supplies. We did have to share an outhouse with the “neighboring tent”, but it was not an issue. We are already thinking of coming back.

Amazing!!! Will be coming back, amazing views. Very close to the park.

This was the most magical place. I definitely want to come back and stay at other Airbnbs. I had a wonderful experience.
