The house is heated by a new, very quiet air-to-water heat pump. Within walking distance of the bus stop on the E4 and only 4 km (2.5 miles) to a store and gas station.

The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to relax in a rural setting at Pengfors Gård. Here, you can enjoy beautiful views with the forest around the corner and the sound of the river in the background. The white farmhouse has two bedrooms, a large living room, a cozy kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Pengfors is a lively little village 5 km from Vännäs and 35 km from Umeå.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A stone's throw from exercise trails, summer and winter. Walking distance to hospital, university and city center. Note: Part of villa, with its own entrance. The host lives in a completely separate part of the villa. Smoke and animal-free and respect the noise level after 10 pm!
