Welcome to our charming Gula Hus in a peaceful, nature-friendly setting. Large lawn and a timber-framed shed next to the house. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds on two floors. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a new stove and a new fridge/freezer. The house is heated by a new, very quiet air-to-water heat pump. Within walking distance of the bus stop on the E4 and only 4 km (2.5 miles) to a store and gas station.

Villa Sjöman is beautifully situated in Norra Vallgrund in Unesco World Nature Heritage site in Kvarken archipelago. The house is 30 kilometers from Vasa. The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
