Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Spacious courtyard house

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Skogstorpet

Located by itself in the middle of a mountain overlooking the Ångermanälven river. In clear weather, the mountains are visible 100 km away (Borgafjäll). Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. 6 beds in total. Fully-equipped kitchen; oven + stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Toilet and shower with washing machine. Dog yard with room for 3 dogs. Pets are not allowed in the residential house. Fireplace and access to free firewood.

"The bear's den", Cozy home

Accommodation on the ground floor of a typical house, ideally located on the Vildmarksvägen. In the heart of nature, this peaceful place is perfect for a relaxing family stay. Direct access to the lake for lovers of fishing or calm by the water. It all started when a French couple, lost in Scandinavia during the pandemic, found refuge in Sweden. Nothing foreshadowed this departure, and yet here we are, surrounded by the snowy expanses and the silence of the great outdoors.

Here you can relax, meet the farm animals or discover nature in the beautiful surroundings. Proximity to Umeå River, about 150 meters from the farm.

This paradise is located between Hemavan and Mo i Rana. Wake up to magical views every day. Here, nature and the mountain environment are the focus. In the area, there are nice hiking trails/fishing. It is a 40-minute drive to Hemavan with its skiing and many other activities or to Mo i Rana if you want to visit a city with a full range of activities. Välkommen till ett lantligt boende i hjärtat av Lappland. I detta gårdshus i Tjappsåive har du nära till naturen och lugnet. Här bor du bekvämt i en nyrenoverad gammal skola från 1800- talet. På nedervåningen finns ett kombinerat allrum/matsal och ett modernt kök. På övervåningen finns badrum med värmegolv, två sovrum och en mysig läshörna. Tillgång till uteplats finns. Natursköna omgivningar inbjuder till vandring, fiske och friluftsliv.

Villa Berghem

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A stone's throw from exercise trails, summer and winter. Walking distance to hospital, university and city center. Note: Part of villa, with its own entrance. The host lives in a completely separate part of the villa. Smoke and animal-free and respect the noise level after 10 pm!
