The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The cottage is located 13 km south of Örnsköldsvik close to Höga Kustenleden, beach and the sea. Linen, towel and cleaning is included in the price.
