Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ulm

I stayed with a family of four, and the room was clean. The owner was also kind. The atmosphere of the room was very good. I thought I'd like to live in a house like this in the future.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean the location was perfect!

Very nicely furnished cottage with everything you need. Communication was flawless and everything was ready when we arrived. Even our dog was kindly thought of.

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

Marianne was wonderful. She was so kind and helpful when we arrived. Everything at the house was perfectly clean and as described. I highly recommend staying here!

Very quiet location. Friendly owners. Nothing was missing. A very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Has a nice tiny house ambiance. I can only recommend it.

Apart from the accommodation, which exceeded my expectations already upon arrival in this quiet street and the friendly greeting neighbors from the outside, both the interior and the room layout, as well as the original mix of individual pieces of furniture and room elements were surprising and reassuring and due to the "creative touch" of our hosts. Speaking of Enisa and Jörg: the kindness, their helpfulness, the well-dosed restraint with warm closeness at the same time, as well as their polite patience (especially with my urge to communicate!!!) were exactly as I always wanted "ideal hosts" to be. And to top it off: their 3 wonderful children were so healthy, open and unburdened that it was all the easier for me to get to know Enisa and Jörg not only as "superhosts", but also as wonderful parents of their children and to appreciate them for it. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We were only on site for a short time, as we arrived late and left early, but the place was very nicely decorated and the atmosphere pleasantly relaxed. For a longer stay, we would love to come back anytime!

We felt right at home, very nice, clean, tidy nice apartment with everything you need. Beautifully located in the green. Not far from the very beautiful town of Aalen..., definitely visit! Washing machine is also there👍 We can only recommend this apartment, if we are back in Aalen, we will definitely book again💕

Great stopover. Could walk a lovely piece with the dog. Spacious and clean apartment. Well-equipped kitchen.

A nice little 1-room basement apartment in the host's detached house with a separate entrance. We stayed here for a weekend and are completely satisfied. Check-in was straightforward via a lockbox. But it can also be done in person. After check-in, we rang the bell and were greeted by Martin. On request, he also directly recommended 2-3 things we can do in the area. What we really liked was that he thought about it afterwards and suggested other things to us. As a result, we really had a very nice morning at the local rose festival, which happened to take place this weekend. Thank you very much. In summary, we can say that we spent time in a nice little apartment with great hosts.

Very nice apartment in a very central location of Ulm. Downtown Ulm is easily accessible on foot. The beautiful apartment has everything I needed for my short trip to Ulm. Very nice and helpful hosts. If I'm back in Ulm, I'd love to check in with Marian and her family again.

great location if you decide to go to Legoland. Clean, helpful host. Super quiet area, we didn't even hear a dog bark. We slept like babies.

We felt comfortable The apartment is lovely, large and cozy. You have everything you need. Unfortunately, I was only woken up at 9 a.m. by someone who pounded around above me for quite a long time and a broken fingernail was on the sink.

We had 1 night's accommodation for 4 people on our way to Switzerland. We were very impressed with the decor of the apartment. Very original, modern, with attention to every detail. Very clean, comfortable. Parking just in front of the entrance, which was convenient for us because we were with bikes. We didn't visit the neighborhood because we only stayed overnight. For 4 people, it was quite sufficient. It was great!

The apartment is very quiet and is located in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. It is close to all amenities. We recommend it.

We felt comfortable with birdsong and the little squirrels overlooking a beautiful beech tree all around. You have a lot of privacy, but on request also directly 2 very nice contact persons with Christin and Arne. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it's wonderful to be outside in good weather! I liked it because the house was so tidy. They were considerate of us so that we could comfortably use the first floor as a private house while traveling with our family. When you need help, they come and solve it right away, and the chat response is fast~~. Both of them were so kind. I booked it again on the last day of our trip~~:) Always happy. Thank you.
