Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The modernly furnished apartment (built in 2014) is located in a prime city center location, is approx. 45 sqm in size, and is luxuriously equipped. The train station is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m) and is easily reachable on foot. The main public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.

Our in-law apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on Oberen Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house, you are in the countryside. You only have a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. You can walk to the Botanical Garden in 15 minutes. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.

Fantastic apartment with 66 m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!
