Around the house, there is a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming area with a jetty. A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. The cottage is about 50 sqm with a new bathroom (the toilet is inside the cottage.) The shower is on the gable of the house.

Here you can take a break and unwind with either a lovely walk in nature or enjoy a good book on our beautiful outdoor terrace that is located by the pond that winds around the yard. If you prefer to discover the shopping, the farm is 20 km from Torp or 20 km from Överby. 10 km from Uddevalla city center. An outdoor shower with hot water is available on the terrace.
