Here at Bokenäset you are close to nice forest trails as well as swimming and fishing in Gullmarsfjorden. By car you can reach Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Uddevalla in about 20 minutes. Torp Shopping Center with all kinds of shops and IKEA is about 15 minutes away by car. Feel free to visit Nordens Ark and Havets Hus, nice excursions. Around the house, there is a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming area with a jetty. A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
