The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

On a shelf in the mountain is our unique natural pool with crystal clear azur colored water. The 32 acres property have an enclosed large flowering garden, meadows, forests, mountains, and a swamp. Walking trails to several viking graves. Just a short drive to exclusive restaurants with upscale food, wine, and spa in Fiskebäckskil and Lysekil.

Fantastic surroundings for forest walks where you can pick both mushrooms and blueberries during season. Gustafsberg Sweden's oldest seaside resort is located just 200m and here goes the beautiful Strandpromenaden, designated as Sweden's most beautiful road in 2009.

The house is situated in Kavlanda Brygga in Bokenäs and is surrounded by the beautiful nature that the Swedish West coast offers. It is the perfect location to spend your family holidays enjoying the sea, archipelago and forest.
