With proximity to the sea and forest with several lakes, you live in a quiet area 700 meters from the city center. There are well-stocked grocery stores, genuine small shops and boardwalk to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour drive. 7 minute drive to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car you will find a large shopping center. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes starting about 1 km from the accommodation.

Buvattnets farm and experiences

If you want to live with the lake, the horses and the magnificent nature right outside the window, then this is the place for you. With us, you get access to a rowboat, shared swimming pool and barbecue area overlooking the lake. The accommodation is located along the Bohusleden hiking trail and about 12 km from both Uddevalla and Ljungskile. The calm, silence and proximity to nature will allow you to relax and find your inner peace. Start the day with a swim in the lake or drink your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises.

Henån cottage by the sea

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and induction stovetop with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining places for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Wood-fired hot tub is available

Cozy apartment with proximity to forest and sea.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. Approximately 10 km to Lysekil city center. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, A/C and combined microwave/oven. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Somewhat cramped but it works. NOTE: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the middle.

Lyckorna/Private annex near the sea with evening sun!

We rent out our annex near the sea and swimming area! Patio with barbecue and sun all day. One bedroom, one sofa bed and one loft with 4 beds. 3 minutes to the beach and 8 minutes to two really good restaurants. Close to Gothenburg and Smögen. Golf course within walking distance and tennis court as well. Kayaks and bicycles are available for rent nearby. Rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space. For bed linens and towels and cleaning, there is an extra fee!

Amazing house with guesthouse in westcoast Sweden

Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, and final cleaning included.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

The best of both worlds - sea and forest. 2 km to the sea and 5 km to Henån where shops, Systembolaget (off-license) etc. are located. The accommodation has direct proximity to forest, trails and Orust's highest mountain. Silence and seclusion. Good opportunities for walking, running, cycling and proximity to the rest of Bohuslän with all that it entails. The cats Pipen and Leo live here, and also a small group of chickens. Next to Signe's barn is the host couple's residential building.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a hallway, a spacious open-plan kitchen with a lounge and living room, one bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 120 cm bed), a small playroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The entrance features a large veranda with outdoor seating. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a generous patio with outdoor seating and a retractable awning.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Med närhet till salta bad i gullmarsfjorden, härliga dagar på terrassen och ljuvliga kvällsdopp i spabadet. Huset ligger endast 15 minuter från e6:an och torp köpcentrum. Fossen camping (15/4 - 15/9) ligger i närheten, här finns kiosk och lekplats. Det är också dit man går och badar, flertalet badvikar finns, med både klippbad och en liten sandstrand samt bad från brygga. Promenad på 5-7 minuter från ytterdörr till vattenbryn
