Our home is located in the Stockholm suburb of Tyresö, a rural area rich in outdoor attractions like waterfront access points, parks, hiking paths, and golf. Minutes away there’s shopping,dining,as well as a grocery store.

Välkommen till vårt härliga stadsradhus i tre plan i Älta med insynsskyddad trädgård i söderläge - 175 välplanerade kvadratmeter för hela familjen. Entréplan med ljust kök och rymligt vardagsrum. En trappa upp fyra välplanerade sovrum och högst upp i huset ett fantastiskt allrum. Carport i länga med egen parkeringsplats. I Älta bor du med cykelavstånd till badsjöar, grillplatser och naturreservatet Erstavik. Kommunikationerna är mycket goda med flera busslinjer till Slussen och Gullmarsplan.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Huset är modernt inrett, med ljusa färger & stora skjutbara glaspartier som öppnar upp vardagsrummet mot loungegruppen på den 40m2 stora altanen. Altanen ligger i bästa läge med sol under eftermiddagen och kvällen. På några minuters promenadavstånd ligger Albysjön & närmaste sandstrand. Villaområdet som huset ligger i ligger på en halvudde - väldigt naturskönt och gränsar till naturreservat. Så boendet är perfekt för den som söker en avkopplande vistelse med naturen som granne.

The outdoor area will allow you to enjoy nice summer days where you can go swimming in the lake/jacuzzi or just hang out in the garden. A lovely enclosed porch built in 2025. Only a minute walk to the bus stop and a small centre close by with two grocery stores.
