Welcome to our nice house of about 130 sqm, embedded between lake and forest and with a large plot where there is plenty of room for play. Perfect for those of you who want to spend time together in a quiet environment and discover nature up close. The house is newly renovated with all the amenities that may be needed and there is a lovely fireplace in the living room. If needed, the children's room can easily be turned into an office. It is a nice walk of 1 km to the bus stop, then about 30 minutes into the city center.

En trappa upp fyra välplanerade sovrum och högst upp i huset ett fantastiskt allrum. Carport i länga med egen parkeringsplats. I Älta bor du med cykelavstånd till badsjöar, grillplatser och naturreservatet Erstavik. Kommunikationerna är mycket goda med flera busslinjer till Slussen och Gullmarsplan.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
