For those who want to live in a quiet and beautiful place. 25 sqm studio divided into a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, kitchenette/kitchen area and spacious bathroom. The apartment is located separately in a lake villa in a very peaceful neighborhood. From the studio, it is about 10 meters to the house's swimming jetty and 500 meters to Tyresta National Park. In the garden, there is a swimming pool and sun deck that is shared with the other residents of the house. Possibility to rent kayak and bicycle. Free parking on the property and bus connection nearby, about 1.5 miles to central Stockholm.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. With the forest just outside and the beach 800 meters away, there is every opportunity for a relaxing holiday. If you want to experience the pulse of the big city instead, Stockholm's inner city is only 35 minutes away by bus. Here you live smoothly and comfortably and arrive to made beds. The bathroom is equipped with its own towels for everyone as well as hand soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen, there is dishwasher detergent, coffee, tea, spices and oil for cooking. Everything for a pleasant holiday.

Atrium house in Krusboda

Cozy, child-friendly, fully-equipped house close to nature. Walking distance about 10-12 minutes to Tyresta Nature Reserve. The Sörmlandsleden trail passes here, there are swimming lakes, forest hiking, cycling and paddling opportunities. Close to the bus stop with buses to Stockholm city (about 30 minutes). A SUP board is available and included in the fee. There are bicycles (4) available for a fee (SEK 50/day). Also nearby is a small grocery store and a pizzeria. Includes access to the common Krusboda swimming pool during the summer.

Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake downhill from the house has nice cliffs and diving towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Bus 428 takes 30 minutes to Stockholm

Within walking distance to the bus stop (about 8 minutes). Close to the swimming lake, sea, forest and playgrounds. The house has a large kitchen and living room. A sunroom with 6-8 seats. Bedroom 1: double bed 180 cm. Bedroom 2: bed, 105 cm. Bedroom 3: bed 90 cm. Possibility of extra bed in the playroom. One bathroom, one toilet and a laundry room with extra shower.

Pool House

Boendet är beläget i ett lugnt, idylliskt område. Poolen är uppvärmd till ca 28 grader mellan maj-augusti . Poolen är stängd mellan september-april. Låna gärna en av kanoterna och ta en mysig paddeltur på sjön, eller en promenad i Tyrestareservatet som ligger precis runt hörnet. Det finns även två enklare cyklar att låna om man vill. Om du har en elbil som behöver laddas så går även det att lösa till aktuellt kW-pris. Avsluta kvällen med ett parti backgammon i kvällssolen. Åldersgräns 25 år.

Area pool with children's pool is 5 minutes away within walking distance. Lakes and seas are 5–10 minutes away by car/walk. Tyresta National Park and hiking trails nearby. Bed linens are included, towels are included. Parking is available. Cleaning fee SEK 800. Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m.
