Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake downhill from the house has nice cliffs and diving towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will stay unless you have notified us otherwise (requires nothing from you as a guest).

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Welcome to our fresh and fully equipped Attefall house, perfect for those who want to stay close to both nature and city pulse. Here you live in a quiet and safe residential area with only a 3–4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus takes you into Gullmarsplan in about 20 minutes and runs every 10–15 minutes. Tyresta National Park is a 20 minute walk away with swimming beach and walking paths. Beds: one double bed (180 cm) in separate bedroom as well as a loft with a 140 cm bed.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Huset är modernt inrett, med ljusa färger & stora skjutbara glaspartier som öppnar upp vardagsrummet mot loungegruppen på den 40m2 stora altanen. Altanen ligger i bästa läge med sol under eftermiddagen och kvällen. På några minuters promenadavstånd ligger Albysjön & närmaste sandstrand. Villaområdet som huset ligger i ligger på en halvudde - väldigt naturskönt och gränsar till naturreservat. Så boendet är perfekt för den som söker en avkopplande vistelse med naturen som granne.

Close to the bus stop, to the direct bus to the city. Nicely decorated for the Christmas period with a real Christmas tree inside.

The house is located on our property. Private parking is available and a small porch with table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft and sofa bed. Table for 4 people. With its proximity to both forest , lake and sea, this small house is a perfect starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and paddling. By bus, you can easily get to Stockholm.
