If you want to live close to the lake and national park, this cozy little cottage is perfect for you. Here it is wonderful to enjoy the peace, listen to the birds' chirps, take wonderful walks, nice running rounds in the woods or swim and go boating in the lake ... If you are hungry for Stockholm's pulse, it takes about 20 minutes by car to go to Stockholm city. If you travel by public transport, it takes about an hour. The cottage is perfect for two people but also works for four people.

Sjöstuga - Tyresö Brevik

This cozy waterfront cottage with magical views is located on a part of our property. The jetty and sandy beach are shared with us in the family. There is a large terrace in two directions and with the water almost directly outside the door. Perfect for relaxation, recovery or for activities such as: Hiking, climbing or paddling. Stockholm and the lovely archipelago are close by – car is recommended, far to buses, shops, restaurants and archipelago boats. Pet-free and smoke-free.

The house is surrounded by forest and the main house is opposite. It is close to 2 lakes, Grendalssjön and Albysjön. Less than a 10-minute walk. There are a lot of bathing places in the nearby area. Also close to Kalvfjärden, the archipelago. Idyllic accommodation. There is an opportunity to borrow canoes and a sauna. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Stockholm. The nearest store is about 4 km away.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
