Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Litet hus, fantastiskt havsutsikt!

Bo i vårt trevliga lilla hus, nära storstad med idyllisk skärgårdskänsla. Här bor ni högt och insynsskyddat, storslagen utsikt mot Stockholms inlopp med båtar & kryssningsfartyg. Huset är äldre men charmigt. Kuperat område, bil rekommenderas. Uteplats vätter mot vattnet, här finns liten gräsyta med lekstuga & studsmatta för barn. I området finns badplats, natur, mataffär, buss i centrum 2km. Njut av ljud från båttrafik inpå husknuten & magiska solnedgångar när solen väl är framme. Välkomna!

Seaside House in the archipelago - Dalarö

A wonderful simple house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

Nyrenoverad åretrunt stuga/villa uthyres på vackra Värmdölandet. Det finns tre separata sovrum och med öppenplanlösning mellan kök och vardagsrum för trevlig umgänge kring kaminen. Helkaklat badrum med dusch, handfat, tvätt -och diskmaskin samt vattentoalett för en bekväm vistelse. Stor altan med dubbla sittgrupper, både undertak och öppen himmel. Stay in for the cozy Scandic feel or jump on a bus to be in Stockholm in under 30 mins. Old style meets modern comfort.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Mysigt boende med havsutsikt 20 min från Sthlm

Vinterbonad sommarstuga med havsutsikt i naturskönt område i Mörtnäs med närhet till shopping. Ett charmigt hus byggt på 1920-talet på 48 kvm. Två små sovrum, kök, vardagsrum med matplats och braskamin, badrum med vattentoalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. Totalt finns 5 bäddar. Huset ligger på hyresvärdens 3000 kvm tomt med söderläge där du ser soluppgången över havsviken. Med ca 100 m till områdets egen sandstrand och badbrygga har du badrocksavstånd till ett dopp i havet!

The house has a stunning location just a few minutes from Saltarö beach, hiking opportunities and closeness to Stockholm, with buses leaving every hour.The modern and unique house is build in a playful manner to incorporate as much as possible of the typical archipelago nature surrounding the house - high ceiling, panorama windows and large verandas connecting indoor and outdoor. Enjoy the absolute quietness on the hilltop garden, maybe in the hottub outside!

Sky and Sea! Beautifully located holiday home on Ingarö with a fantastic view of Nämndöfjärden. A place for the whole family to relax. The living room consists of kitchen with dining area and sofas for socializing in front of the fireplace. On the terrace overlooking the sea there is a barbecue and dining area. Five beds in three bedrooms. 15 minutes to the sandy beaches around the Björnö Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from Slussen. Good bus connections.

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.

Möjlighet att lägga till egen båt, samt att låna dubbelkajak. Sjöboden ligger i Krysshamnsviken, nära Nämdöfjärden och insjöar inom gångavstånd. Det är ca 4km till Stavsnäs där du finner Ica affär, padelbanor, bageri och restaurang i pittoreska gamla byn, samt närmaste busshållplats.
