I truly enjoyed a peaceful stay at Barb's LOVELY Mustard Seed House! Clean as a whistle and comfy as can be. Barb's beautiful garden areas are a delight to the eye and to the soul. And, the co-host, Cooper--he's such a sweet and adorable dog--he treated me like family!

Gustavo was very friendly and responsive. The home was clean and very well maintained. Enjoyed staying here!

As a disclaimer, I was in the area for a funeral after a fairly large rain storm and then it was very warm (hot). I think under cooler conditions, and less rain the night before, this would be a great "couples" getaway. I would have loved to have sat out on that front porch and watched the animals. Instead, I watched them from inside where it was cool and comfortable. There were treats to give to the animals but, again, I did not make it out there. Again, the amenities were great and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable!! I did not want to get up and leave the next morning. Of course, remember, you are on a secluded ranch so there will be wild life. Birds and I think tree frogs (I never saw them only heard them) were extremely happy and singing away. Lisa was quick to answer any questions I had and I am sure would have responded to any issues. I just did not see any issues that needed to be addressed. Thank you!

If I could give this listing a 10 I would. My Boston's were super happy to be able to stretch their legs after a very long car ride. You won't be disappointed.

The house was great! Kids loved the pool and is adults loved lounging outside on the patio!

This house was exactly what we needed for our family getaway! With 6 adults and a grandbaby, this place was great for hanging out…especially the screened in porch! The property managers were friendly and not a problem at all to have nearby! Also, the yard and surroundings are beautiful and definitely lived up to the pictures. We did a small vow renewal in the backyard and it was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The question was it worth the price, I've learned a couple things after staying in these places. Hotels are not ok past one night it's for traveling you have family Air B&B is only way. I believe prices are comparable to others in the area. I've stayed here before because I know the place is well worth it. I think others say it well in that the place has things to function we always seemed to find a well stocked kitchen with things.

Good place to regroup - centrally located and walking distance to the hospital district. A bit small for our family of 5 and 3 pets but I anticipated that based on the description. No dishwasher but had a washer and dryer which was really helpful for the week. Ro was a GREAT communicator and worked with us on our crazy schedule for check in and check out. Overall great host and good stay.

Our stay was great. A very peaceful place with a Great Host. Betsy was always checking in on us. We had no problems and we look forward to staying again..

This was a very clean and tidy place. It was exactly as pictured. When we had a question about the apartment, Steven replied quickly. The only thing that was a minor problem were the stairs up to the apartment. The short distance to Canton was a plus. The park was right outside the door. Great place to walk the dog! Would definitely recommend this place!

I had a wonderful time here, everything was very organized and clean. Lizzie was extremely responsive and helpful about everything! I would highly recommend this spot for anybody looking for a place to stay in Tyler!

We only stayed overnight but the place was as expected from the listing description and pictures. It was very clean and appointed in such a way that felt put together but also not cluttered. It’s like if the clean girl aesthetic was an apartment. Did a little cooking and the kitchen had essentials in place, but wasn’t heavily stocked. Good for light cooking but probably not for anything more ambitious. The beds were comfortable, I appreciated how clean the floors, bathrooms and beds were. Everything was quite clean, those are just my top priority items. Good communication from the owners as we were approaching check in. He was proactive and I didn’t have to reach out for any of the info, it was very clear. Didn’t have any issues or get to use the pool, but it was a good experience.
