It was a extremely nice place clean and quiet with amazing view..

Our stay was very relaxing, just what was needed during spring break and a getaway from all the turmoil. There is adequate cell coverage (T-Mobile, allowed for calls when needed.) There is no seperate wi-fi service but that is a refreshing plus. There is Dish TV if you really have to tune in to the talking-heads telling us how bad things are. Or, you can relax, read by the river; bring a guitar 'n make music on deck or in a screened room. OH! Chalk paintings on the driveway! :) Fun stuff. Kayaks are also available. Tours of the bayou and lake available, we used Aaron of Mystic Tours and had a great time. Keith has the number available in a large binder that with history of the area (a very good read if you take the time, for instance: Steamboats used to ply the waters through to Jefferson). There is also a photo album of the house construction that is pretty cool to thumb through. It is about a 30 minute drive to historic Jefferson which is a nice day trip.

This place was great and the host was very accommodating. Came down for a rodeo held locally and this stay was very convenient to the arena. The girls swam and played when they had time and we were able to rest from the heat. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Kathy was a great host for my family’s weekend away. She was very responsive to questions and super helpful. The Longhorn Lodge is such a cool place - right on the water, lots of cool wildlife, and very serene. I hope to visit again!

A great place to stay… not a ton of food choices in the area (there are a few). But that applies to Caddo Lake in general. The rental was beautiful. Well-kept. Boat traffic would bang up a nice boat at the cabin sea wall pier… but the boat ramp makes launching a breeze. Friendly staff… and helpful! Wi-Fi works well. Cell signal is weak but sufficient.

Carol was great to work with and the place was as described. Lots of beds for a large group!

I really had a great stay the host was great loved the gated property didnt have to take my things out of my boat. Will definitely look them up again. If u need a quite get away definitely recommend this airbnb close to cross lake and very clean.

Kathy & Doug have nailed it with this cabin location! They sent us alot of helpful ideas of where we should visit and even in another town we were visiting 70 miles away. This cabin does not have wifi and we loved it, and the little sign that said talk to each other like its 1995! We needed to be able to disconnect from our daily lives. NO WORRIES - we did have service through verizon, but we checked out of our phones to enjoy the beauty all around us! We would stay here 10/10 times, and look forward to revisiting hopefully in October during the leaf color changes!

Perfect home away from home while enjoying the boat races on the river!

Over all it was one of the cheapest places I could get for just me and saved me 50% from a comparable hotel I’m sure. It is a trailer at the end of a property line and the steps up to the porch are stable. Gabe communicated quickly about all questions I had. WiFi was a little slow but was able to work the smart TV, but cellular data was quicker than hooking up to the WiFi. Part of tow. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Shreveport.

This lake house was perfect for our family. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed. The view is fantastic and our kids had a great time fishing from the dock. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well thought out design and very clean. The sleeping area is separate from gathering area and that worked wonderful for napping toddlers. The bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. The laundry room is great when you are staying for over a week with family. We even got to enjoy the pool since it hit 85* in February. Many hours spent in the hot tub Beds are awesome and very comfortable. The house is not at all cluttered and very tastefully decorated. The view of the lake was so peaceful and felt so private. Had a little luck fishing in the lake but mostly just enjoyed family time in this lovely home. GW is so kind and welcoming, he makes you fell like family. If we are ever in the area again we will see if this property is available to make more family memories.

Always a great place to stay when we visit Shreveport. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of space for a group of 7 adults and a child. It was very comfortable.

This is located in a great place that is both safe and quiet. Anything you need is minutes away. There was literally everything you need inside. Everything was extremely clean and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. I’m hoping this is available everytime I find myself in town because I can’t think of one negative thing to say. All the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear, and I did enjoy the 11am check-out having to not rush out on the last day. You can’t go wrong booking this.

I enjoyed my stay here. If you want a nice, quiet, clean place with an outstanding hostess, you can't go wrong here. I will stay again if I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Karnack on the lake! The home was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for our little family. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable—even great for our toddler. Our favorite part was getting out on the kayaks. Based on reviews, we paddled left out of the bayou and stayed left—so glad we did! We ended up in a stunning cypress swamp that was calm, quiet, and totally free of boat wakes. Oh and we recommend driving into Jefferson for a meal- a cute little town. We loved our trip- great hosts!

Amazing experience Do have to say the stairs to the dock was a workout!! Had alot of fun, very friendly host!! Would recommend and rent from them again!!

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. It’s such a peaceful, beautiful spot. Lots of room to spread out as there were 8 of us in and out! Jan is a great hostess and takes great pride in this home. It’s been a wonderful time in our lives and we appreciate being able to stay at McCullin on Parks as it was 4 minutes from Sainte Terre. It was a perfect wedding weekend!

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful cabin on the lake. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, and the view from the cabin was stunning. The decor matched the cozy, relaxed vibe of a true lake house. It was quiet and serene—perfect for unwinding. While there was no internet or streaming service, the host provided a selection of DVDs which made for some cozy movie nights. It was a refreshing break from the busyness of everyday life.

Brady’s place was the perfect spot to stay while we kayak fished for some famous Caddo lake largemouth. Our mission was accomplished and Brady’s house was the perfect spot to come back to after long days of fishing. Grateful for our time spent here, and Brady was a great host answering any questions we had.

Absolutely enjoy staying at Joey's place! Great fishing opportunities off the dock, love the sunrises and sunsets on the water.
