Everything was as described. The home had basketball, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, which can be used in the park across the street. The layout is good for family. The kids loved the bunnies that come in the yard early in the morning to eat grass and reading books that were in the home. Wi-Fi and streaming services on the televisions were easy to use. Would recommend this rental for sure.

Nice Place. Tough and difficult for travelers to haul luggage across a long lawn without a walkway- but the cottage and location makes up for it.

I left my computer in the closet when we checked out. Amanda responded quickly and even met a family member of ours in the driveway with it! The place truly felt like a vacation! Did not feel like you were in the city at all. The backyard was such a peaceful oasis to just lounge in the pool, catch a tan and relax. The style and decor of the house were TOO cute!! They made everything so simple to undress like the hot tub and dishwasher by having QR codes to scan for short to the point videos that they made themselves which I found incredibly helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay here! The pool is amazing and the area is great. Hosts were very attentive to every need and quick to respond when asked. We’d recommend some minor upgrades to the property for the price (bedding, kitchen utensils, etc) and a clear maintenance schedule timing. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Rented this house for a softball tournament and it was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, which made for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a mold issue with a local hotel during a baseball tournament and had to quickly vacate our hotel room. No other rooms available in the area. Luckily Katherine had an opening and we were able to get in within a few hours. It was great. Completely reinvigorated our trip. Great location. Very nice. Only wish we could have stayed there longer.

Carlos's house was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a family wedding. It had plenty of room, the kitchen was awesome and it was comfortable for the down time we had between the wedding festivities. We loved being able to walk to town for meals and a little shopping. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Carlos was easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated staying there and it made our weekend easy and comfortable.

The house was absolutely lovely. It was every bit as large as it looked in pictures. The beautiful details and design made it a treat to stay in for a couple days. We had a wonderful graduation weekend.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! We visited for the Texas Music Revolution festival in McKinney and were worried about arriving early and having to wait to get ready. We reached out to Mark and Connie, who assured us the place was ready whenever we arrived. This was a huge relief and made our 4-hour drive from Houston stress-free.

The location was perfect, within walking distance and incredibly comfortable. The home was relaxing and peaceful, and my wife loved the bed so much that she insisted I ask where they got the mattress. The festival itself was amazing, with incredible live performances that we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you, Mark and Connie, for being such a fantastic hosts!

Great place! Walking distance to downtown McKinney and close to everything else. Highly recommend and would stay again myself.

The Historic Porch House was such a treat to stay in. It comfortably accommodated our large group. All of the finishing touches are tasteful and exquisite. Everything was beautifully appointed and well thought out for guest comfort and enjoyment. It sits just on the edge of downtown McKinney. The location can't be beat. I would love to stay there again. Rylan is very responsive and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend the home, the location and the host!
