The home is incredible and the host /Nicole was helpful and quickly responded to all messages before and after trip. There is nothing I can complain about. I wish it was my home!! I would love to go back!

What a great place! we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the home itself. the only thing we were bummed about is most of the amenities were closed down. But, the pool was great on the West Side. We spent our time fishing, swimming, and walking the nature trails.

Our stay was wonderful! This house is stunning and we had a wonderful time! You will not be disappointed when you stay here! The host is also very quick at responding to messages and checked in one us about a problem to see if we were having issues. I would 100% stay here again!

Loved the barn house! It had everything we needed and more. So clean and well maintained. Lots of room for us and our teens, great to have big tables for meals and board games. Definitely recommend!

The question was it worth the price, I've learned a couple things after staying in these places. Hotels are not ok past one night it's for traveling you have family Air B&B is only way. I believe prices are comparable to others in the area. I've stayed here before because I know the place is well worth it. I think others say it well in that the place has things to function we always seemed to find a well stocked kitchen with things.

We had such an amazing time at this Airbnb. We needed a night away and this was the perfect place! We were able to relax, soak in the hot tub and enjoy night life in Tyler. Definitely hope we get to come back soon!!

We were in Tyler for a wedding and were staying several days. Jennifer is an amazing host! She is super responsive and proactive. She responded to our messages almost immediately. She is extremely flexible and has awesome check-in/out times. It was storming when we were supposed to leave and she assured us there was no rush. We had a wedding nearby and it was easy to get back and forth from the venue. Her place is so beautiful and had great amenities! The Bluetooth speakers, Tiki Bar and hot tub were a big hit for the rehearsal dinner. There were extra linens and towels, as well as cleaning supplies and essentials. We will definitely be staying again if the opportunity presents itself!! The whole experience was top notch!

Booked to attend Canton First Monday Trade Days. Villa area was super quiet. Hot tub was a great way to end out day and rest out legs from all of our junkin! Had a few needs and Host was immediate to address and very kind. Would recommend.

We have now enjoyed two stays in this home, and were SO happy with both. Holley is a responsive, communicative host, and has thought of everything for the home. So happy to have this as an option when we come to town to visit family, and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend this home and host!

Blair and Andrew were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home! They were quick to respond to anything questions we had. Beautiful house inside and out! Everything was super clean, spacious and all the amenities you could think of...just bring your clothes! The pool, hot tub, and lake view was the center piece of our family reunion hang-out spot. Every bedroom had a fully stocked bathroom which was convenient for the guy/gals rooms, and the ice makers with the huge kitchen that opened into the living room made it perfect for cooking and entertaining for everyone! We had our 18 month old granddaughter with us, and the house came with everything we needed. Plenty of parking since we came from many different states. I would highly recommend this house for large families or groups. We will definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

Can't say enough good things about James & Lauren and the incredible home they have! The attention to detail, from the well-stocked kitchen & every bathroom to everything being labeled for easy identification and ease of being found well, it's what dreams are made of when you put your faith into choosing a home on the BNB site. So many BNB's can come up short by posting pictures that are outdated or that just miss the mark in how a home is described but not this gem! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door and could not have been more pleased. This is truly is a place we would visit again! The response time for every question we had was handled with care and an immediate response. The room layout is great for families. True comforts of home, large tv's in every room, phone chargers on every night table, a linen closet full of beach towels for outside lake activities & enjoying the hot tub. Clean, basic, but perfect for our needs!

Our family does one large vacation a year. This year we chose the lake and the ages ranged from 64 to 3mo old everyone had something to do, the home had beautiful views to be inside with the baby, the older people were fishing on the spitacular boat dock, with the 7 and 4 year old, mom and dad went on a sunset cruise grandma chilled in the hot tub, then we cooked out steaks for Father's day and had dinner outdoors with plenty of seating and a gorgeous view. Our host was always available and very informative. We hope to come back next year. Highly recommend!!!

They were flexible with early check-in and very responsive. The place overall had a great amount of space and organization. It was very clean with lots of amenities. We had a comfortable stay with our 2 kids and 2 dogs.

Favorite part was the peaceful large lawn and lake view off the deck.

Victoria is a great host! She goes above & beyond for her guests & truly has a passion for making her guests feel at home. The home is cozy & located in a great part of town. Definitely recommend booking, it’s totally worth it.

Had a great experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described and it is just a beautiful house overall.

Overall, a really great place to- despite the massive rainfall that made me dock unusable the last two days. The giant windows overlooking the water were gorgeous and the air conditioning was ice cold! The master bed was pretty hard and the pillows were a little flat. We ended up having to grab a mattress topper and some pillows from Walmart after the first night. But the kids loved it and it was plenty of space for us!

House was very comfortable and plenty of room for 10 adults. Updated bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, not far driving to restaurants and grocery store.

The home and atmosphere was just what we were looking for. The home was very clean, stocked, and the host provided everything needed. The pond is very large and there was even a supplied canoe we used. All around great experience and would rent again.

Great place to stay in Tyler. We were in town for a tennis tournament and the place was perfect. Beds were super comfortable, and host was very responsive with communication. We would definitely stay here again when in Tyler.
