Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Twin Lakes

We had the pleasure of staying here over our anniversary weekend with our 2 kiddos; it was our first vacation just our little family and it's was fantastic. Cristle was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us out when we had some issues on our end leading up to our trip. She was very thoughtful and kind and that alone was worth the 5 star rating. The home was very well kept and clean and had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. We had a lot of fun out on the paddle boat and playing in the yard. The screened in porch was also a nice bonus. Our girls enjoyed the park and playing the sand. Overall it was a very nice stay and we'd love to go back sometime soon.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet with beautiful views. Being able to sit in the hot tub and take in the sunset was incredible. Any questions we had were answered quickly by this very kind host.

We had a great time at Mikes place! It was all the little things and extras. From the provided waffle mix with toppings, the golf simulator and indoor pool to the ping pong table and infinity game table. It was also very cozy and we all felt close and connected. We were a large group that gets together once a year for skiing. It was the first time we visited Wisconsin and we would definitely come back! Mike was very responsive with any issues that came up.

This cottage was wonderful to stay at! Very cozy! Great to stay at in winter as an indoor getaway and this would be an awesome stay in the summer. I passed up the place at first when I arrived because I didn't think it would be that nice of a place! Rainfall shower was nice and great areas to sit and chill out. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a wedding weekend and had a great time! Sean really went above and beyond as a host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He checked in on us multiple times during the trip! High recommend this stay.

This place exceeded our expectations and we already talked about returning! It worked out perfectly for an old group of friends (who we all made time) to spend the weekend fishing and eating and all the things to do together! Loved that the backyard is fully fenced in bc we were able to bring along our dogs for the fun weekend too! The guys had fun taking out the kayaks and boat out into the lake too! So that was a fun amenity to the home! Unfortunately the weekend we went, the wind was terribly strong.. so we ended up not using the bonfire (but hopefully we can next time! 😅) - we weren't even sure how the fishing would be due to the weather but thankfully our group ended up catching a couple of pan fish! Thank you for hosting us! We cant wait to return!

We had a great stay at Lexi’s place. The view is great and the house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The cottage on the lake was so beautiful and cozy , we all commented that we never wanted to leave! Used the hot tub while enjoying the view of the lake which seemed at our doorstep and John offered us rental of a pontoon boat to be able to do some fishing and sightseeing on the lake itself. Had a fabulous time with family and the cottage was the perfect place to make some fun memories together. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby . John was a fabulous host , would love to come back and stay again, everything was perfect!

Michelle was an excellent and attentive host before and throughout our stay. One of the best Airbnb hosts. It was such a comfortable space for our family of 5 with all the amenities that we could have needed/wanted. We were less than 10 mins away from the train stop that took us into the city and a short drive from Northwestern campus. Trader Joe’s ,Whole Foods, and other grocery chain were close by and convenient. There was also a quiet work space and gym available in the building that we used during our stay. We would definitely be back when in town.

The location is in a beautiful setting in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a very safe location for my daughter & me to stay. The apartment had expensive, quality & beautiful finishings. It was a cooler weekend so it got cold. We simply messaged her & she increased the heat for us. She had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay.

Fantastic stay at Mark’s place. Perfect for our long weekend and great food options steps away. No issues at all with check in or check out. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place. The apartment is so relaxing - clean and well-appointed. Stephanie was great with communication. The neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to downtown Evanston. We’d definitely stay again!

Owners were amazing and responsive. Place was beautiful and peaceful. It is above a bar but guests were friendly and respectful. Lots of amenities. Will definitely be back

this is definitely a very comfy ,cozy , loving place.i met Jennifer,and her husband paul.theyre very nice people .the first thing they asked when I met them is everything ok,how awesome is that.the place is very quiet ,clean ,and very nice.definitely coming back next time I need an airbnb.paul ,and Jenifer are the best hosts,and the location is amazing.

The host was very responsive and made check in a breeze! The unit was super clean and not far from the the downtown area. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Adam’s property was perfect for our party of six. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had an espresso maker which was a treat. The neighborhood and surrounding parks and trails were beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Great house with all the amenities for a wonderful family vacation. Enough room for 10 people to enjoy comfortably. Definitely would recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Abey’s lake house! From the start, Abey was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire booking and check-in process seamless. He was warm, genuine, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome—he even left us a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication throughout was excellent. Abey also shared great local recommendations, including restaurants to try, which really added to our experience. He thought of every detail—we especially appreciated the extra propane tanks and firewood he provided for the firepits. It made our time by the lake even more enjoyable. The lake house itself is stunning. While the listing photos are beautiful, they only begin to show how amazing the property is in person. The home is lovely, and the setting is truly special. Watching the sunrise over the lake each morning was a highlight—calm, beautiful, and unforgettable. This was a fantastic getaway, and I’d absolutely love to stay again.

Truly a gem near Lake Geneva. Plamena’s place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to host our families. It was our first time vacationing again after having babies earlier this year and our toddler had a blast. She won’t stop talking about “her toys” at the airbnb. Plamena’s place is also a 5 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva which was very convenient. Our overall experience was great, Plamena is an amazing host and we look forward to staying with her again in the near future.

We loved the porch along with the outdoor area!

Nice big indoor pool (12 feet deep at one end and 3 feet at the other). The newly renovated rooms are very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are well kept. Lots of games to play(soccer table, poker, table tennis, etc.). Lots of pullout sofas and chairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jack!!

We had a great time at this place. A different property canceled us 2 days prior to our stay and we found this Evolve property and it was better than our other house would have been! It was huge and beautiful and the host made sure that we had everything we needed and they were very quick to respond if we did. The neighbors even set up a fire for us on our last night since they were cutting down some trees. Thank you for being a great host!
