Historic house with large park-like property on the outskirts of Arendal city center for rent during the summer holidays. We are a family renting out our beautiful house this summer. The property consists of a main house as well as several outbuildings, and can nicely accommodate, for example, two families who want to vacation together. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms, of which 3 are on the 1st floor and 2 in the attic on the 3rd floor In the old servant's house there are 2 bedrooms. There is electricity, but no water There are two cats living in the house

Welcome to Villa Skilsø, a cultural and historical gem with a large garden located on Tromøya in Arendal. The villa was newly furnished in 2026 and opened as a holiday home. Here, the ceilings are high and there are living rooms in a row, which makes the villa well suited for gathering the extended family and friends. There is only a short distance to the sea, beaches, and nature experiences. The Skilsø ferry docks just a stone's throw away and takes you to Arendal in 10 minutes, where you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants and cultural activities.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Vacation home for the extended family! Up to 16 people!

Large detached house is rented out in the summer of 2026 for the large family! 3 min from the city center and nice walking distance . Bus to and from the city center runs 24 hours a day Swimming place 5 min away ! Plenty of parking. The house is neat and plenty equipped. 6 bedrooms in total, all with double beds Annex with beds for 2-4 persons. Can add more mattress if desired . Rented out with ready-made bed linen and free use of towels and other equipment. Welcome to Arendal!

Huset er stort og romslig, og har stor plass for et knipe supervennlige mennesker. Eiendommen er i byen som gjør det sentral med meget gode kollektive transportalternativer. På sommeren kan elektrisk sparkesykkel leies av Volt. Kollektivtransporten går 4 ganger i timer.
