Walking distance to swimming areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can assist with tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Cozy restored southern house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child friendly house, garden and area. Great baths, crabbing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crab fishing equipment, barbecue etc included. Internet and electricity included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioneer maxi 13 ft with 9.9 hp) is available during summer season. During the school holidays, the house is rented out on a weekly basis (Sunday-Sunday)

The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential building. It takes less than five minutes to walk down to the great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activities are within a short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally produced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich selection of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Real Sørland idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The cabin is best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed can be arranged for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.
