The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

If you have a car, there is free parking on the premises. Accommodation for 2–3 people, as there is one bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a sofa bed (120 cm) in the living room. There is also an extra travel bed that can be used if desired. Simply furnished with what is needed for a short term stay. Option to borrow an electric kick scooter for trips to the store or into town. 5–8 minutes by car/bus to the city center and a 15–20-minute walk

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.
