Sørland house located right by a lake where both morning and evening baths can be enjoyed. Short distance to the sea with the possibility to borrow an archipelago jeep. Sun from morning to evening. 100 m from the house there is a great hiking trail that goes in the woods and around a lake. Short distance to the store and Kilsund Marina, as well as a lovely summer restaurant with all rights. (2 km) If you want to visit a city, Tvedestrand (12 min) and Arendal (20 min) are not far away. 1 hour to the Zoo in Kristiansand.

Southern Norway at its best! A cozy lake house of 90 sqm with nice outdoor and indoor spaces, and a private jetty with bathing stairs. Here you can be active or relax with the family with immediate access to the sea and the archipelago. The cabin is located on Tverdalsøya in the middle between Arendal and Tvedestrand with road all the way up and parking 200m away. Kilsund is about 3 km away with a shop, gas station and marina. Comes with SUP (only in summer), kayak and it is possible to rent a boat separately.

Pleasant cottage near Lyngør

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, in a place where it is both nice to relax and easy to find many activities. The cabin is from 2015 and of high standard. It is just over 100m to walk to a nice sandy beach, swimming and boat jetty. Large and cozy terrace in an atrium location, as well as a boat (15 ft archipelago jeep, with 60 hp outboard motor) and three kayaks (two for adults and one for children). The boat is not available early in the spring. There is a road all the way up.

Båthus ved sjøen

Koselig båthus i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båthuset/leiligheten ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Båthuset er best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Egen brygge med bademuligheter, stort uteområde ved vannet og stor tomt ved huset. God plass til lek og bading. Stor veranda. Stort åpent kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin, kaffetrakter, kjøleskap med frysedel, komfyr etc. Innlagt vann og strøm. 3 soverom. Bad med dusj og wc, egen separat wc. Vaskerom i kjelleren. Supbrett og kajakk kan leies ved avtale før ankomst.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New cabin (2022) with high standard and particularly nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the lake and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many outdoor spaces and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, at Sandum Bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cottage's plot for parking on the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

Leilighet ved sjøen på naturskjønne Buøya.

Her er det mulighet for rekreasjon for hele familien. Det er flere strender på denne lille øya og fine tur stier. Vi har to stødige kaijaker og en kano som dere kan låne for å ta en liten padletur innaskjærs. Ca 50 meter fra huset er det mulighet for å ta seg en dukkert og et hopp fra stupebrettet. Eller for de små er stranda som er 100 meter unna et yndet sted. Mulighet for barna å hoppe på trampoline. Vi tilbyr fri tilgang til el-bil lader

Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.
