Great place with plenty of space and everything we needed! The kids had a great time with animals, playground, and lavvo – like coming to another home. Homeowner was easy to contact. We are super happy and would love to come back!

If you dream of a holiday in Sørlandet, we can definitely recommend Lillesand and the house of Yngve. Large and spacious house, less than a stone's throw from the sandy beach and sea. Where we also got to try out the two kayaks that come with the house. Walking distance to the city center, and short drive to Kristiansand, Arendal, Grimstad, Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Should we wish for one thing, there was several garden furniture.

We had a beautiful time and truly enjoyed the breathtaking view. The house was very well equipped - the house is comfortable and inviting! Very clean and also toddler friendly! Thank you!

We have had a wonderful week at Skåtøy. Came to a clean, tidy and cozy house that had got everything one would need. We spent a lot of time on the private jetty with a lovely view of the sea and quiet surroundings. Kayak and rowboat were well used. Cozy host, with whom we had good communication. We'd love to come back here😊

Great house with a lovely garden and outdoor areas. Walking distance to the city centre and beach. Quiet street and sun from morning to evening. We have had a great stay and would love to come back at a later time. Simple and fast communication with Tiril. Thank you so much for us!

We were 6 adults and 4 children staying with Jan Erik's family. The house is big enough for all of us. The beach is private, and located just outside the house over and down the road where the kids could find activities closest to all day. 3 minutes to drive to the nearest Rema 1000. Great and quite neighborhood. We would gladly came again.

Our vacation was perfect from start to finish. The amenities in the house, as well as the hot tub, the trampoline and the dock on the water were exactly as described and allowed us to spend relaxing hours there. The view from the cottage to the water is priceless. Espen responded very quickly and was always friendly and accommodating. We would recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a secluded and quiet vacation in Norway and appreciates activities such as fishing, climbing or boating. We would always come back!

We immediately felt at home in Anes large, clean and tastefully decorated summer house with a nice new bathroom and a very practical kitchen that contains everything you need (and much more than that!). Check-in via the lockbox was easy and communication with Ane very pleasant. Ane responded quickly to our inquiries. The detailed information about the holiday home, access, garbage disposal, internet, beaches, sights, hiking areas, dining at Fevik, in Arendal and Grimstad, etc. was also good! And there was also the view from the living room window and terrace facing Store and Lille Torungen lighthouse room, towards islets, the sea gap and old trees. We were so lucky and only had one rainy day during our six day stay and thus enjoyed the large, sunny terrace and flat (without access!) that can be found almost around the whole house. We would love to stay here another week and would love to come back in a year! In short: a great place to relax and enjoy life! Thanks, let's go! Anja & Trygve

Morten and his familiys cabinn is beautifully located on a hill, in a new cabin area. The cabin is spacious, well furnished, well kept and has a very cozy feeling to it. This was our second time visiting, nice to follow the development with the cozy fireplace outside and the super comfy lounge chairs added in the living room. From the sofas you can enjoy an amazing view and can go for a kayak trip on the lakes. Peaceful and beautiful. Morten and his family are super helpful, very responsive and courteous hosts. The kitchen is well equipped and firewood is available for purchase if you want to warm up with the fireplace in the living room. Dimmable lights around the cabin, so the children didn’t stumble around the house in the night, in an unknown place. Its the small things that are thought about that makes it so wonderful.

Liv’s place is the definition of a hidden gem. Location, beauty of their home and the care that Liv clearly takes is exemplary. May be the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and we travel a lot. This is a special find.

Very nice and spacious place. We only used the “main” house, but it still felt large living as four adults and five children. Very well-equipped kitchen, recent bathroom, huge terrasse and garden. Gunnar is very helpful and responsive. We had a very nice stay there and would happily come back!
