Rented out in the summer of 2025 – Cozy home near the beach and the city I am renting out parts of my home in the summer of 2025, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home has two spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and a bright living room, as well as an outdoor living room and a large outdoor area where you can enjoy the sun. Picture of jacuzzi and bathroom will be added later (due to renovation) The property is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach. You will also find shops nearby for daily necessities, and it is a short way to the city.

A fantastic house overlooking Eydehavn - 4 bedrooms, heated pool, electric car charger, 2 berths and 2 outdoor living rooms. Bus below the house that takes you to Arendal in just 15 minutes. The house is newly renovated and new pictures are coming continuously. Secluded without any view from the outside. Large new kitchen from HTH with two dishwashers, coffee machine, carbon dioxide and boiling water from the spring, kitchen island with hob from Røroshetta, wine cabinet, large dining table (8-10 people). Oven + combi. 8 beds, extra beds based on needs.

Cozy cabin 3 km from Risør city center. 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, small attic room with sofa bed. Large kitchen and living room on the same floor. Electric heating or wood burning if you wish. Terrace in front and behind the cabin. Possibility of barbecue, or relaxation in the seating area. Bathroom with the possibility to wash and dry clothes. TV and Internet. Shared pool, open during the summer holidays. Ball court, sand volleyball court, beach and jetty. Short distance to the store. Very child-friendly, opportunities for new friendships for all ages

Sørlandet Holiday Center

You can't get any closer to the sea! Enjoy the view and proximity to the sea from your own veranda in tranquil surroundings. Take part in the campsites' many facilities with volleyball court, bouncy castle, playground, kayak/boat rental, restaurant and pool area. Several nice hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Short distance to Risør city center by both car and boat. Caravan with a tent at Sørlandet holiday center in Risør. 6 beds, with pillows and duvets. Towels and bed linen must be brought. Cleaning is done by guests.

Arendal - Bieveien 70. Child-friendly with pool

The detached house is located in a child-friendly and quiet building area that is 5 min by car to Arendal city center. Sun from morning to about 8:30 pm. You can walk to the city in about 30 minutes. The accommodation is located about 45 minutes from the Zoo, and 10 minutes by car to the public beach. There is a large porch with barbecue, around the swimming pool 3.5 cm, sofa, chairs and tables, as well as an outdoor room that is perfect for evening fun. Two double beds, as well as a bed of 75 cm, two are 120 cm. Space for 7 people.

Feriehus på Tromøya

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of space for play and activities. Proximity to the lake and swimming areas. Arendal has many sights. Worth a visit. Swimming pool by the house. Possibility of boat rental, large or small. Short distance to town and golf courses and the Zoo in Kristiansand takes a little over an hour by car. Many facilities on the island. Bicycle tours, walks. Fishing, swimming, etc. Many nice places nearby that can be explored. Or just have a peaceful time by the house.

Camping cabin in Risør

Caravan with a tent at Sørlandet Holiday Center in Risør. 6 beds + a travel bed. We have 6 duvets and pillows, no duvet and pillow for the travel bed. The campsite has a beach, pool area, shop, mini golf, playground, football pitch, volleyball court, boat rental. Short boat trip to Risør city center. Lots of fun to do for the family nearby. Toilet in the RV is not used. Nice sanitary facilities and pool area right behind the trailer. Towels and bed linen must be brought. Cleaning is done by guests.

Charming, 4 bedroom cottage, super for families

Charming retro inspired cottage (new in 2012), surrounded by a large terrace and lovely garden. There are several seating groups on the terrace to allow for sun access all day. If preferred, a large sun shade is available to provide shadow. The cottage is 92 m2, separated on 2 floors, and contains: 2 living areas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 4 bedrooms. There are beds for 7 persons in the cottage (and space to add additional mattresses if preferred). There is a cozy fireplace in the living room.

Southern house with pool

Sørlandshus with large garden, terrace and heated swimming pool May-September. The house has five bedrooms, with a total of 11 beds. Extra mattresses can be laid out, to accommodate more if desired. Travel bed available. Master bath has double tub and rainfall shower. Laundry room with shower and toilet as well. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking, with dining area for 10 + 12. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Also not rented out to groups of friends who organize parties.

Cabin in Risør

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun and pleasant socializing. Newer cabin in Risør with a short distance to the lake, with a child-friendly sandy beach. Swimming pool, ball pit and sand volleyball court belonging to the cabin area. Cozy leisure property with sunny and beautiful outdoor areas. Very good sun conditions and sheltered location with several private zones. Only 5 minutes by car from Risør city center. Boat space can be rented by appointment.

Arendal-Arendalsuka

50 meter nær lystbåthavn og pen liten badestrand. Området preges av smau, vakre hager og brosteinsbelagte gater. Huset som er fra 1700 tallet ligger fredfullt og harmonisk plassert, kloss på byens havn, torv og gågater. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

New apartment with panoramic views and swimming pool

Brand new apartment of high standard with stunning views of the entrance to Risør. Located close to the city center and the lake, as well as a very short distance to a great hiking and training terrain in Urheia. The pool of 10 x 4 meters, holds 30 degrees from May to October.
