The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Consists of lawn, rock outcroppings, heather, hammock trees, furnished terraces with and without a roof, gas grill, fire pits, badminton net, outdoor games, hammock. Kid friendly. Herb beds. Blueberries on the plot and lots of wild raspberries and wild blackberries in the immediate area. A short way to the bathing area with bathing ladders and a nice large jetty ideal for swimming, crabbing and fishing. Child-friendly beaches nearby.

Apartment by the lake on scenic Buøya.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach that is 100 meters away is a favorite place. Possibility for the children to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car chargers

Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Hytta ligger i et nytt og familievennlig hyttefelt ca. 10 minutters bil- eller båttur unna Risør sentrum. Det er bilvei helt frem til hytta og parkeringsplass for fire biler på tomta. Fine turområder i nærheten, f.eks. tursti langs kysten inn til Risør sentrum og tursti til Fransåsen.
