Condo vacation rentals in Tulum

This was hands down one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The private terrace pool was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing after a day out at the beach in Tulum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and luxurious. The building has a ton of amenities also - we used the rooftop pools and the gym! Can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay! This is a great location in the town of Tulum, the property is gorgeous and quiet with a great gym, pools, and a cenote! The room was great, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, outdoor patio with hammock, and powerful AC. Recommend staying here 100%.

El lugar es exactamente como en las fotos y mucho mejor, 10/10 la zona y el anfitrión siempre al pendiente.

This place looks exactly like the photos!! Jason and his team was very responsive, we had questions about the town and they gave recommendations, answered all of our questions within minutes!! We’ll definitely stay here again! The road to get to the place was a little rocky, taxi drivers wouldn’t drive down the alley, so we had to walk to the road but it wasn’t nothing out of the way!! This spot is minutes away from downtown!! Overall great place!!!

Host gave great instructions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely come back.

Me gustó mucho, estaba muy ordenado y limpio. La cama estuvo muy cómoda. Las áreas comunes estaban muy bonitas y en la terraza se podía ver tanto el amanecer como el atardecer. El botiquín del armario fue de mucha ayuda. El lugar está en una calle con poca iluminación y de noche puede llegar a dar un poco de desconfianza, sin embargo, en mi estadía estacionaba el carro enfrente del lugar y nunca llegó a pasarle nada. Como algo negativo la piscina del cuarto estaba un poco sucia. Aún así, mi experiencia en general fue sumamente buena.

Excelente anfitriona, Monica todo el tiempo estuvo al pendiente y resolvía pronto. El alojamiento hermoso, todo el tiempo me sentí en casa y las fotos coincidían a el alojamiento físico. La llegada es un poco complicada, pero teniendo vehículo para moverte todo es mas accesible. Lo cual Monica te proporciona contacto de opciones para trasladarse. Excelente estadía para vacacionar

Michel and Melody, Kevin and I cannot thank you enough for making our honeymoon so special. You went out of your way to decorate, have a personalized card, flowers, champagne and a gift basket full of goodies with sweet treats, delicious bread and fresh fruit. There were some cold beer and water in the fridge ready for us upon arrival. Your place was in Pristine condition, beautiful decor and very, very clean. We felt right at home! The area is in a centralized location, you can walk, bike, moped, atv or drive to local stores and restaurants. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top of ending our nights. The ambiance gave us all the right vibes to experience beautiful Tulum and their beautiful home. Kevin and I highly recommend renting with Michel and Melody. They will tailor your trip to maximize your time there if you need assistance with navigating town. They are so quick to respond and they check up consistently to make sure you feel right at home and you are well taken care of.

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

Awesome place in the La Valera area of Tulum. The room looks exactly like the photos, has a large comfortable bed, large bathroom, and is steps from one of the two large pools on the property. I was worried that the soundproofing would not be good, but Ymir turned out to be great and you can’t hear other units at all. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and helpful hosts. The gym and spa isn’t a normal hotel gym/spa, this is 3 floors of free weights, different types of weight and cardio machines, a smoothie bar, free sauna and ice bath access daily, and more. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay, walking distance from restaurants and bars in La Valeta and a short moto/taxi ride to both Tulum Centro and Hotel Zone.

Wonderful stay and the place had all of the amenities we could hope for while staying in another country! Bikes came extremely in handy and Rene was willing to connect us with a quality taxi company so it was one less thing we had to hassle with.

El lugar es muy lindo, cómodo, tranquilo y se nos brindó una cuna para nuestro bebé. Las instalaciones excelentes y el internet muy rápido. Es la segunda vez que nos instalamos en este apartamento y nos encantaría volver. Los anfitriones contestan rápido y son serviciales.

We had a great stay at Maria's place! It's very clean and as described and the pictures are accurate. The beds, linens and furniture are very clean and comfortable. The AC works great. The complex is very quiet and seems to be in a safe neighborhood. There are some restaurants and a 7-11 within walking distance. We highly recommend the restaurant Burrito Amor which we drove to. I would definitely recommend Maria's place if you are looking for a place to stay in Tulum.

We had a wonderful stay at Jay’s apartment! We enjoyed the pool and the lush outdoor area as well as the quiet peaceful apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and we were a short drive to the beach, town, and walking distance to cute cafes and markets.

The views from the rooftop were spectacular and the plunge pool was definitely a center point. It was very quiet for getting sleep at night and had all the needed amenities for the trip. In addition the location was great, in a residential place while being walking distance into the center of Tulum within 15 mins. Kirsten was friendly and helpful, definitely recommend!

LUGAR FANTÁSTICO, HERMOSO Y CON ALBERCA PRIVADA, 100% RECOMENDADO

This apartment was part of a large apartment complex, it was new and beautiful and clean. It was a bit tricky to find initially but some locals were helpful. Check in is not until 4pm and check out is 10am which is a little later and earlier than we are used to - just be aware when planning your trip. Overall we would recommend as a lovely place to stay in Tulum. Thank you for having us! 🙂

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

Es una zona muy tranquila, el departamento muy lindo y cómodo, siempre al pendiente de los pormenores, solo batallé un poco con la ubicación ya que no cargué desde antes y en Tulum la red es un poco lenta

Really recommend this apartment is great. Some cool restaurants etc in the area too. Main Street and beach club area a short taxi away. This was ideal as it’s between the two so very peaceful but still very connected

Excelente estancia, la pasamos increíble, ubicación muy agradable y tranquila cerca de la naturaleza, excelentemente equipado y con estacionamiento al frente. Hemos cerrado el ventanal por fuera y nos vinieron a auxiliar en cuestión de minutos, gracias de nuevo por la ayuda :)

Highly recommend this spacious apartment to stay, they have everything inside. Feels like at home. Fully equipped kitchen. There’s washer/dryer 2 in 1, that’s really comfortable. Nice balcony with garden view. Inside community there are 3 swimming pools and well equipped gym. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. In the building of community you can find Taqueria, French bakery and small mini market. For this location you need to rent either scooter or bike, it’s a bit far away from Zona Hoteliera and supermarkets. You can ask for bike rentals in reception or hosts, they are so nice.
