I’ll is an amazing place. Staff is very responsive, property is as advertised. Note, pack a hair dryer if you need one. That aside, everything is what you’d expect in Tulum.

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

The stay is very good, the price is really good for the area and it was always a very quiet place, the area overlooking the beach is amazing

Alvaro's family house is charming and authentic. The team on site is friendly. The chef cooks very, very well, and it is essential to use his services, because there is nothing around the property. Don't think about a restaurant, a store, or access to Tulum. The property is very far from everything and the road is super difficult to access (3 hours of road with holes, our children were sick..). On the way back, we took a boat on the lagoon, it was expensive but so much better than the car. Alvaro organized everything, he's great, much more than just a host. Overall, we had an amazing experience, very peaceful and authentic. We loved it !!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Tulum - the only bad part was that I couldn't stay longer! The location is ideal - a very short walk to the beach and to the entrance of Jaguar Park. It's right at the start of the Hotel Zone and a short drive into the center of town. The setting couldn't be more beautiful - I'm going to miss having my morning coffee relaxing in the hammock on the private patio while listening to the birds and watching the sunset over the green canopy of the Tulum jungle while sipping a refreshing cocktail in the rooftop pool. Marissa was a fantastic host. Her place is tidy, organized, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy Tulum. She was very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly, and giving the best recommendations for where to eat and go out. For our chill pool day we hired her private chef to prepare brunch at the apartment - it was delicious, and well worth it! I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm back in Tulum!

BEAUTIFUL. The location was pristine and right next to the water. The beach was super calm and relaxing, and Luis and Glynis were helpful and responsive. We had our wedding here and they were super proactive and helpful, making sure the beach was perfectly clean and set up right for everyone and helping with whatever else we needed

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

This is definitely one of the nicer buildings in la veleta. The host was so kind and super responsive. One of the best Air bnb stays I have ever had! Will definitely book with them again.

Recommended very pleasant stay

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Tulum. Beach front bungalow, felt very peaceful! Annie and the entire staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Maria is a great owner of the property and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would Recommed this place for a beautiful peaceful getaway, from the hustle and bustle.

Henry’s apartment is spacious with the most amazing views - the apartment overlooks the jungle and the beaches. Access to the sea is easy, but not suited for a quick plunge in the sea - It is a rocky beach. We didn’t have much time to explore but found a way to access a more suitable beach, a 20 minute walk north. Tulum proper is about 25 minutes away by car. Henry was a great host. We loved our one night stay.

The truth is everything is super. I do recommend renting a car, although it is a dirt road, it is not bad, so a small car is more than enough. I recommend that you wear special sandals to get to the beach since it has a lot of pebbles that will bother you a lot. The location helps you a lot since everything is at most 20 minutes from all the tourist attractions. The internet did not work. I hope it gets fixed, but we had to go to the reception and everything was excellent. Of course, we were almost next door, but when you are in the room the signal does not reach well. Maybe it was just the one in the room we had that was failing. Otherwise everything was excellent, the pool is always available and the minisplit all worked. I recommend it

The attention from the staff is very good, they are very friendly and were always there to support me in anything I require. The restaurant of the place is very rich, the octopus tacos and the salad of Quinoa are highly recommended. The room is very cozy and special. I really enjoyed my stay so much because of the place, the location, the food and the treatment so kind. Thank you very much.

Tyrell's home is beautiful and worth the stay! The pictures do not capture the beauty and peace. We were first to stay there so it was expected to still be evolving. The property is new and still setting up its shared areas. The first night we were the only tenants in the building with the kind security who were present around the clock. Currently, there is no restaurant in the building, although it looks like there may be one to come. This gave us an opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and the very nice appliances. THe blender and mixer were a bonus. I recommend you have a driver or a car. The taxi ride into town was $35 per direction. We had our driver wait a few times as we went grocery shopping and other stops. Of course this earns them additional cash. Although renting a car is easy, the local vendors laughed about paying the police if you get pulled over :) BOnus! Tyrell's home has ocean views on both sides of the unit! Master suite is fantastic!!
