Beautiful house and outdoor area for the kids to play. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to our friends and family.

We had a full holiday in a very beautiful space. The children were also playing well. I was able to politely answer questions, so I was prepared with peace of mind.

It is located in a quiet villa area about a 15-minute walk from the hot spring area, and the best part was that I could enjoy "Watanoyu" 24 hours a day. I enjoyed a relaxing Golden Week with four friends.

There was a polite explanation, and I was able to use it without any worries.The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.Thank you very much.

It was my second stay. Great response as last time As soon as you ask, you'll get a quick response, and you can quickly resolve the issue, so you can rest assured In addition, the inn is a historic building with a large number of rooms, making it suitable for large groups. There were futons for the number of people (including beds), bath towels, and hand towels, and the room was kept at the right temperature, and I had a pleasant stay from that time I checked in. A lot of kitchen utensils are also provided, so you can prepare meals smoothly There is also a bath, but this time I used a hot spring facility called "Kaido-no-Yu", which is a few minutes away by car. It's nice to get into the hot springs right after skiing and snowboarding It was 5 cars, but I was able to park at the last minute I'd love to use it again Thank you.

Whilst the snow wasn’t what we hoped so late in the season we loved our time in Nozawa. Gab and his lovely family and staff made us so welcome as well as helping with all our questions and recommendations for ski hire and tours and the best of all, sending our excess baggage back to the airport allowing us to continue on our travels without our ski gear! The apartment was spacious and easily coped with 8 of us, perfect for larger groups. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from main centre of town. We will be back!

I used it as a base when visiting the Matsumoto Craft Fair, and access to the venue was very good and very convenient.Getting around by car was also smooth, and I was able to fully enjoy the event. This time I stayed with two dogs, but I had a relaxing time without worrying about the surroundings.It is a pet-friendly environment. The owner was very kind and warm, and I had a safe and secure stay.The facilities themselves are a little old, but they are well maintained and sufficient for what is needed.There was no excessive service or the latest equipment, but it was a simple and pleasant space. In addition, since the accommodation is a trailer house, it is recommended for those who understand its characteristics and enjoy the outdoors, rather than expecting the comforts of a hotel.There is a structural limit to soundproofing, but the comfort that exceeds it. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit events such as the Matsumoto Craft Fair, or if you want to relax with your dog.

It's a a very peaceful and sweet place which provides us a perfect home for friends to enjoy. The host offers pick up services every day even during the New year holidays. I give my strong recommendation to who would like to have a great time with friends and family

We had a relaxing stay in a whole building.You can BBQ in the garden, there are plenty of chairs and sandals, and the kitchen is close and has plenty of cooking utensils, so it was very easy to use. It was still cold at night, but they prepared a kotatsu and I had a relaxing stay. In particular, they lent us the storehouse in the garden, and we were able to enjoy ourselves at night without worrying about the surroundings. There was an electric guitar, a bass, a classical guitar, and one amp, and the equipment was great. The hosts were also kind and kindly explained things. We would like to stay again.

We really had a great time at kaoru’s place. And host are very friendly. If you looking for a place with real japanese vibe, look no further, this is the best palce. We looking forward to go there again soon!

We booked the property for our large group of family members with children. Masanori-san was very kindful to accommodate us and was at the property waiting for us, provided all the necessary instructions. The property is located in a very silent location and nearby attractions are 20 to 30mins drive. Up to 6 cars could easily park in the property, with a 200V EV charging facility. The kitchen is huge and we enjoyed cooking together.

LOVED THE STAY!! They allow dogs which is great and the rooms are very spacious. I love sleeping on Japanese Futons (Though people who like soft beds might not) It is in a good location for both skiing and night life. Nozawa Village is hard to get around with steep hills and narrow snowy streets but once you are checked into the stay you are set! They have a dry room but it is very small which is quite normal for Nozawa. The service was top notch and they bent over backwards to accomodate our every need. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!!!

Our stay at Mayuko's place was amazing. The house is autenthic and spacious, on a quiet and beautiful location. The garden is very pretty with a river next to it. It's perfect for walking around. We felt at home. The Nagano prefecture is one of the best and we would be happy to stay again! Mayuko is a very nice host and very responsive. Recommend.

Our group of 6 adults loved our stay at Birch Cabin. Would certainly recommend having a car, despite proximity to skii slopes, as the walk looked arduous. In our case, with a car, we had a great time with no issues. The place was as great as it looked.

Great facilities lovely host very helpful. Bus stops right outside so is easy to get to the centre.

I stayed overnight. The check-in time was delayed due to high-speed traffic congestion and sightseeing, but they responded immediately when I contacted them and handled it flexibly. It was nice that the facility was very clean. We bought groceries at Tsuruya and a nearby butcher shop and cooked for ourselves. It was very good, and Tonbo-no-Yu was also close. I'd love to stay again when I travel to Karuizawa.Thank you very much.

Yoshie’s house is nothing short of amazing – spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and incredibly welcoming. It truly feels like a home away from home, in the middle of Japan. And Yoshie herself is, without a doubt, the best host we’ve ever had! Kind, thoughtful, always smiling, and ready to help with anything you might need. She made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. We’ll definitely be back someday – it’s one of those places that stays in your heart. Highly recommended!

I stayed here to focus on some work on my laptop, and it was perfect — super quiet and private, with almost no one around. There weren’t any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, which was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if I had a car. Since it’s pretty deep in the mountains, next time I’d like to come with a car or a bike! The Wi-Fi was great too — I got 76Mbps download speed on the Fast speed test, so everything ran really smoothly. I’d definitely come back! 🫶❤️✨
