Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho in northern Nagano Prefecture, blessed with forests, lakes and snow. There are nature-rich sightseeing spots such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi in the vicinity. The Mochizuki district of Saku City is known as a horse-producing area since ancient times, and is a region with a deep relationship between people and horses. As a symbol of that, we renovated the staff dormitory of the Baba-no-Sato, located in Kasuga Onsen. Since Mochizuki means full moon, we scattered curves in various places and finished it with wood and plaster. From the window, you can see horses walking and dancing in the paddock. Kasuga Onsen is a small hot spring resort with a history of over 300 years, nestled in a lush natural setting.
