centrally located 3.5 room apartment in apartment building. fully-equipped open kitchen, fireplace, 2 balconies, sauna. Underground parking, elevator. Ideal starting point for hikes and skiing. Ski bus (free), shopping (Volg, Denner), post office, bank, bakery and butcher in close proximity. There is also the tourist office and a fine pizzeria right in this village centre. A pedestrian underpass will take you from the apartment to all these places within 2 minutes.

Apartment La Scala

You will find a spacious and very bright flat (100m2) with 4 rooms, balcony and a fabulous roof terrace with lots of sun and view to the mountains. The apartment lays on the top floor in a over 150 year old house. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bath tab and a separate toilet. In the basement you find room to store bicycles and skis safely. It is furbished in a simple but charming way. We also rent out three B&B rooms on the floor under the flat.

Cozy apartment in Trin-Mulin

The apartment is very family-friendly and cozy, quiet and sunny. It is located in the center of Trin-Mulin with good public transport connections. Within walking distance there are good restaurants and shopping facilities. The mountains and the ski resort Flims-Laax as well as a cross-country trail are just around the corner. In addition, there are many beautiful hiking trails, the Rhine Gorge, Lake Cauma and Cresta, as well as numerous family-friendly activities.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

The apartment is part of an EFH which was completed in Dec 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full amenities to make magical menus. A small toilet with lavabo and a separate shower offer every comfort you could want during vacation. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.

Beautiful 2 room apartment in Flims

Nice cozy 2 room apartment in quiet yet central location. In a few minutes, you are at the Flims cable cars. The turquoise blue Caumasee also invites you to take a walk. The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so there is nothing missing. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.
