Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Eleonora's place is an absolute gem - both in terms of location and the residence itself. The historic centre at the top of the hill where it's located is private and quiet, but a very short walk down to the lakeside. Lake Bracciano is extremely beautiful and there's so much to do there. The residence itself has every facility you need on a holiday, and was very comfortable - I can't think of anything I would change. Eleonora is also very responsive and proactive in her communication. Definitely my top option to stay the next time I visit Rome.

Laura and her husband where amazing hosts. Very responsive and very smooth check in and check out process. The apartment was ideal for our family of six and our car. There is a cafe, a pizza place, a supermarket and more walking distance from the location. everything was clean, different options for coffee (Nescafé machine and a mokka pot). would definitely recommend for families.

Casa arredata con gusto, pulita e ordinata. Terrazza grande e con vista panoramica piacevolissima. Sicuramente la consiglio a chiunque possa spostarsi con la macchina, perché a piedi non si può andare. Ma vale assolutamente la pena! Strade libere, parcheggi facili e tanti bei posti da scoprire. Ciò giustifica il fatto di dover prendere la macchina: si sta immersi nella pace del verde e la vista rilassante del mare all’orizzonte. Host pronto e disponibile. Un luogo dove tornare!

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

Abbiamo soggiornato in due nella dependance, un posto molto intimo e tranquillo. Il giardino è una meraviglia, e la piscina ancora di più. Se si vuole passare un momento di relax è decisamente la casa perfetta. Daphna è una donna molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni dubbio ed esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente per goderci ancora questa bellissima oasi.

Lovely property in fantastic setting. Very peaceful. Bus stops outside property though I would recommend a car ideally. Train service from Santa Marinella to Rome or airport is very good. Bianca and Agostino or very helpful great hosts.

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

This week-end at Maurizio and Sandra's house was great! The place is perfect for a few days with friend or family, enjoying the comfort of nature and the pool. Our hosts were very flexible for checkin and checkout, and we had a great time there! I strongly recommend it.

La casa di Giorgio è una perfetta soluzione. Direttamente sul lago, molto pulita e con tutto l’occorrente per godersi una vacanza. Aperitivo offerto presente in casa, ampia possibilità di un ottima colazione e ottima anche la convenzione con il ristorante ottimo sotto casa . Host molto gentile e premuroso. Lo consigliamo sicuramente a chi vuole passare qualche giorno al lago di Bracciano.

Great!! We stayed for 4 nights. Christina is a kind and generous host who made the stay worthwhile . She had 2 bikes for us to get around town and took us to the airport. Close to a coffee shop and restaurants. I worked remote here and the WiFi was great. Highly recommend.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

Our stay at Laura’s place was lovely, she was very helpful and communicative. The apartment itself was spotless & spacious. We had everything we needed for a 4 day break. The neighbourhood felt very safe and quiet, it became busier on the weekends but not overwhelming. We had a really enjoyable time.

We spend a wonderful time at Andreas cozy appartment. It has nice little details which made us feel home and Andrea was very kind and attentive.

Would definitely recommend staying here! Great recommendations from Elisa for local to-do and centrally located.
