A beautiful granite cottage, in a stunning cliff top position above Gwynver beach perfect for a couple, with sea views towards Sennen and the Isles of Scilly. A wood burner heats the cottage so it stays cosy in winter. Footpath to the beach from the cottage door and across the cliffs to the Coast Path. It is a compact but comfortable space and the bathroom has a shower. I rent it out Saturday to Saturday, I will make brownies for you and one of my chilli relishes will be with eggs if my🐓 oblige.

There is a good size garden with mature trees, a BBQ and outdoor dining area. It's the perfect base for exploring the mines of Botallack, where Poldark was filmed and is also close to many local beaches including Sennen Cove and Porthcurno. The house is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Morgelyn Cottage is a lovely, recently renovated, comfortable and cosy, former Cornish Miner's cottage in a quiet village setting. The cottage is located in the heart of magical west Cornwall (Poldark territory!) close to the Coastal path. There are spectacular sea views from the cottage. At night time you can see the light from Pendeen lighthouse, stars and the twinkling lights of the local fishing boats. Dogs are welcome, there is wifi & off road parking at the front of the cottage.

Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.
