Hayle is located centrally enabling great links to visit the surrounding area. The studio is attached to the main residence but offers privacy with parking (EV charging), own private entrance and enclosed decked area to the rear enabling you to soak up the Cornish Sunshine after a busy day exploring.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

A 10 minutes walk to a heated outdoor swimming pool and 5 minutes to the station. Renovations: style and feel of the original building were retained. Wooden floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Bay windows with views over the estuary and sea. The property is NOT wheel chair friendly. Now with A/C in the bedrooms to sleep 4 adults or 2 adults + 3 kiddies.
