Fresh and bright villa located in a small cosy old fishing village out on the coast with walking distance to the beach and with proximity to the big city and the continent. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, open plan living room with dining area for 10 people, fireplace, TV and sofa group. Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, hall/living room upstairs with a sofa bed and an extra bed Walking distance to beach, fishing port and nice nature. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

House Beddingestrand, appr 25 m from beach

House in Beddingestrand (Beddinge läge) located on a very quiet and private spot appr 25 meters from a beatiful and secluded beach with sandbanks. The house has three bedrooms. Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

Gamla Tullmästarvillan i Smygehamn. Ett stort hus på 170 kvm med fantastisk panoramautsikt över Smygehuk och småbåtshamnen. Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

Attefallshuset in Höllviken

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

It only takes a minute to relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Right on the beach, old charm but with modern facilities. If you want city life, it is only 3 km to the center of Trelleborg and 30 km away from Malmö. The house has facilities as a modern bathroom and a washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and you will get bed linen and towels for your stay. From Trelleborg you can take the train to Copenhagen and the ferry to Germany and Poland.
