Distance: • The coastline is 200 meters from the house and to the sea beach "Pärlan" with jetty & sandy beach it is 800 meters. • Bathing jetty suitable for evening and morning dips about 400 meters. • Grocery store 300 meters • Beddinge-Glassen about 500 meters • Beddinge Golf Club about 700 meters. • Mini-golf about 700 meters. • Restaurant and pizzerias about 700 meters • Bus stop about 500 meters

Small cozy cottage with proximity to the sea and beach.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Close to shops, restaurants and to the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well-equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. You can choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private patio with access to barbecue. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by the guests.

Guesthouse for maximum 4 persons

New guesthouse for maximum 4 persons. Fully equipped. Public transportations are not the best so we REALLY recommend getting here by car. Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. Close to Kämpinge/Höllviken/Skanör/Falsterbo/Malmö/Trelleborg/Copenhagen

Treat yourself to a rest in a picturesque place! The property has a guest house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a gym and an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Right next to it is a separate cottage with an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a fireplace, a pond and a beautiful garden. It is the perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 km from the sea.

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.
