Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by grain fields. We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as the whole of Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms downstairs of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparum" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor is renovated and is heated. On the other hand, daylight is missing.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

In the old school in Nils Holgerssons village, active 1917-1971 now the school museum, is this beautiful and newly built apartment that was once the teacher's residence. Several original details remain. With high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, a stunning light entry and a fairytale view with a small stream with waterfalls right next door, this home makes for something very special.
