This centrally-located accommodation is located in an older residential area in the northern parts of Trelleborg, about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center and central station. In the nearby area is the beautiful Östervångsparken with outdoor gym and playground, summer camp areas, the Vångavallen soccer stadium and Söderslättshallen's sports hall and bar. Here you can discover Trelleborg, its villages, beautiful beaches and Sweden's southernmost headland. You live near Copenhagen, Malmö, Ystad -Österlen, Skanör-Falsterbo and Sturups and Kastrup airports.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!
